About Ellen
I’m Ellen, a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background in the sciences. I graduated with a 2:1 in Biomedical Science from a UK Top-10 university, building on A grades at A level and A* grades across all three sciences at GCSE. I’ve always been passionate about helping students understand how biology truly works rather than just memorising facts, and I take pride in creating a calm, supportive learning environment where every question is welcome. My teaching style is patient, organised, and focused on building both knowledge and confidence, ensuring students feel well-prepared for their exams and proud of their progress. I am a Biomedical Science graduate from a UK Top-10 university, achieving a 2:1, with A grades in A-level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, and A* grades in GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. My lessons are ideal for GCSE and A-level students who want to improve their understanding, boost exam confidence, or aim for top grades, and I teach learners of all abilities, from those who need steady support to those seeking high-level exam mastery.
