About Emalia
I am a dedicated, high-achieving high school junior at Huntington Beach High School. Currently ranked #6 out of 670 students with a 4.8 GPA, I have consistently excelled in the most rigorous academic tracks, including AP Chemistry and Honors/AP mathematics through Calculus BC.
Beyond my academic statistics, I am an active member of both the Model United Nations program and the performing arts department. Through these programs, I have developed strong public speaking skills, patience, and the ability to connect with people. I know firsthand how overwhelming advanced coursework can feel, and I bring a supportive, empathetic, and highly organized approach to every tutoring session.

As a high-scoring AP/Honors student ranked #6 in my class with a 4.8 GPA, I offer a relatable peer-to-peer tutoring style. My lessons are tailored for middle school and high school students looking to excel in math from Algebra to Precalculus.
Because I have recently navigated these exact advanced courses, the material, exam traps, and study strategies are fresh in my mind. I am equipped to teach the study habits and organizational skills that helped me succeed.
A typical lesson would begin with reviewing the student's current coursework and setting daily goals.
