About EJ

I am currently a fourth year student at the University of California, Irvine planning to graduate in March. I am a double major in Criminology, Law and Society and International Studies with an academic focus on East Asian studies. I am planning on moving on to law school in the fall of 2021 and am currently applying to several top ten schools. I have taken the official LSAT two times, the first with a score of 167 and the second time with a score of 172. I have taken countless practice tests, with my personal best score at 177.

About the lesson

Though the LSAT may seem daunting and "unbeatable" at first, I believe that with the right tools at your disposal anyone can score within the top 5%. I approach tutoring in a very personalized way because above all else, the LSAT is testing you on your ability to think and everybody thinks in different ways at first. I focus on bolstering the thinking patterns already in place in students and helping them to apply already known techniques to the test, in addition to providing students with a few more LSAT tips and tricks.

EJ is the best LSAT tutor I have come across. She is beyond knowledgeable about the LSAT and explains things in a way that makes it easier for me to understand. I have taken a 3 month long LSAT course in the past, but I find myself improving a lot more in just 1-2 sessions with EJ. She is also kind, patient, friendly and motivates you to study and want to do better. 10/10 would recommend her! You will improve drastically.
