I am a fitness enthusiast who is currently top in their class.. I have a background in business attending UBC and starting my own vegan skin care company.. I decided to follow my passion; fitness and science. Currently I am a rock climbing instructor and a student.

My goal is not to help students memorize the information but to help them fully understand the material so that what they learn may actually stick and be of use later in life.
