About Agnès
Graduated in Pilates / fitness by IFAS (Swiss training) for 10 years, I teach these disciplines mainly at home, but also online (WhatsApp, Zoom). Former professional tennis player and coach for more than 20 years, I like to convey my passions with dynamism and seriousness.

My experience allows me to adapt to any audience, knowing how to take into consideration the rhythm, the morphology and the mental of each one. My sessions are a balance between dynamism and benevolence. I orient my method around postural work, preserving tone, flexibility and muscular harmony. The mastery of breaths as well as a gentle approach to meditation can be an enriching addition to my classes.
