"Have you ever wondered why those tricky chords just do not sound right? I have spent 13 years playing in small Melbourne venues to figure out exactly what works for beginners.
I am self-taught, which means I explain things in plain language rather than confusing theory. I have taught 80 students how to play their favorite songs.
My lessons cover scales, modes, and improvisation. We also tackle power chords, grade exam prep, and strumming patterns. Blues progressions, acoustic technique, and songwriting are also on the menu. I really love seeing kids find their own musical voice."

My degree is pure life experience from the open mic scene, so you get a teacher who understands the pressure of a real performance environment. We spend time refining your technique until everything feels natural in your hands, which is honestly the most enjoyable part of the entire process.
