I have done my schooling from G.D Birla ....... and since I have myself been though the school life period ...... I know what are the basic problems that students face nowadays...students nowadays have exclusive brains .....but they are somehow not able to execute all of it... so the net outcome is only 30% of the whole...the main reason behind this is lack of descipline, lack of regularity, also lack of concentration.... So this is what I will fix ... my plan of action during the teaching period will be putting the student in a particular time strata .... a bounded and fixed study time table which is flexible to the student's needs.....I will make sure the student is crystal clear with all the topics and subtopics of the subject and then will bound hin or her in a time table for the practice on the topics...and then will conduct multiple tests to check the amount of practice..this way the student will overcome the syllabus in a short span of time and will get a lot of time for revisions ....this will also avoid the last minute pressure on the student..... i have a very methodical way of teaching which will surely help the students score well and will also provide with overall academic improvement .
