My teaching methodology is as follows
1)to analyse current state of student in that particular topic .
2) to know in what way does he /she learns best .
3) My notes are in flow chart and mnemonic format so that it become easy for a student to revise latter .
4) I make sure my teaching session isn't monologue ...
5)every lecture is winded up with a quick complete revision of that session .
6)I make sure to have healthy relationship with students so that they feel free to ask their doubts
