About Vasantha

I'm an IT professional and I have seen people suffering with a lot of emotional and physical illness. Since age 16 I started doing workouts without any guidance and equipment and I didn't know what diet was at that time. I learned all after I started working out.
I can't become a full-time coach but I can change something. Something is better than nothing️

About the lesson

The fitness class will be simple, no equipment, just be in home and do it. Me & you one workout at a time. Session duration is about Max of 40min. Weekly 3 days. For spending 120min/week you body will thank you in you tougher times. Just feel proud for reading this and connect with me.
