About Caterina

Born and raised in Vienna, acquired my A levels (5 of them) (None of which I can remember -well, the English and German would still wash)

After getting a job, which was frankly traumatising, I could not get to uni fast enough. Finished with 2 degrees.

One of my modules was English - where I failed - and being sent to England to improve my English. Well, 30 years later, that worked, though I made the unfortunate decision to marry.. all in the past now.

Professionally, the list of jobs I did not do is shorter, so I don't want to bore you with that.

I love the sea - I am studying marine conservation, at the moment, and find it very frustrating there is no support. As it is a theme new to me, I need to google everything, and then paraphrase it, so it does not look like I googled it...

So my main aim would be there for you, to ask questions, and have a responsive teacher.

About the lesson

Like I said, I am accessible, pretty much at all hours. I am aware of the pressure when an exam is coming up.

My teaching methods vary according to the subject, given the broad spectrum. And I will make you laugh, because learning is fun (not how teenagers generally see it) (I am not one, I am ancient)
