Hi! I'm Lauren. In 2025, I suffered a severe loss. With that, I've found many coping mechanisms, strategies to decompress, and ways to find new hobbies and things about myself that I didn't know. I find it crucial to be able to find a moment during our day to find that level of peace and stability, so we can carry it throughout our day.

We will make a list of old hobbies, hobbies you wish you had. Truly just get down to the nitty gritty of YOU and how we can help you find yourself. Even if it's a new version of yourself, or a new, fresh version.
