About Derin
I have been interested in ballet and rhythmic gymnastics since I was 4 years old. I am now 18 years old and studying rhythmic gymnastics coaching at Marmara University sports sciences faculty.At the same time, I know how to stretch healthily and correctly because I am intertwined with anatomy and physiology lessons and I know that everyone can stretch no matter how old they are.

I can do my lessons in a grassy field or at the student's home. After learning the capacity of the person, I work towards reaching the goal step by step with a personalized training program.
