Wayne worked with me on Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
It's clear he has a strong aptitude and passion for teaching, and he makes the learning fun!
He created a wide range of excellent revision resources including videos, posters and flashcards; which all made learning (even the most complex of topics) both easy and engaging.
He also went through many exams papers, explaining the model answers and detailed solutions in a way that I could understand and reproduce.

Wayne worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for undergraduate students in Physics at the University of York. As his line manager, I oversaw Wayne's work with students and marking. He was able to build good relationships with students, and explain difficult concepts clearly. He always kept to deadlines and submitted work on time. He displayed excellent communication skills and I would absolutely recommend him for a job as a tutor with your company.
