About Tijani
Hello, I'm Tijani.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh (ranked 20th in the QS World University rankings). I have always had a passion for humanities-based subjects, particularly divinity related disciplines. Carrying this interest throughout my educational history, I read for an MA Theology Hons at university (achieving a 2:1).
My skills and experience are not limited to Theology. Instead, I also have proficient and exceptional interdisciplinary knowledge in other subject areas of the humanities which complement and support the general demands of Divinity-based learning. Studying both History and English alongside Religious Studies throughout my educational life has helped me develop my writing skills. It has encouraged my ability to structure my arguments coherently and fluently, skills I have found crucial when engaging in theological debate. The grades I have achieved evidence my strong academic career and capability to transfer useful guidance to students wishing to further their skills.
