About Shan
I am a Master degree holder who just graduated last year from London and living in Glasgow now. I've been teaching Mandarin for 6 years on and off. My students included oversea students who were studying in Beijing and business partners from all over the world. There are more than 80 languages in China and most of Chinese native speakers have accent from their own home languages. However, since I've been speaking standard mandarin since I was born (because I am from Beijing), all my students learn the best standard of Mandarin from me (both speaking and writing).

My teaching methodology is to make learning Mandarin interesting and practical base on what the student need. Teaching Mandarin along with introduce Chinese culture will make student find Mandarin is more attractive.
Base on the needs of students, I‘d like to teach the students in casual way for daily speaking and simple conversation, or help them get prepared for HSK tests.
No lessons at night or during weekend and bank holiday.

Details
£18 per hour is for beginners and Mandarin daily speaking. For HSK preparation, the tariffs will be £20 for Level 1&2, £25 for Level 3&4.
For some students, 2hours lesson every time is highly recommended (depends on the content of the lesson)
Please book the lesson at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellation policy: If the student cancelled the lesson 1 day in advance there will be no charge. If the student cancelled the lesson in 24 hours before the lesson, it will charge half the price.
