"Rhythm is the heartbeat that connects the player to the strings. Imagine the resonance of a guitar echoing through a quiet room as you find your first perfect strumming pattern. My approach utilizes the technical foundation from my JMC Academy degree to clarify songwriting and rhythm.
If you have a specific track you love, I turn song requests into simplified arrangements that make progress feel immediate. Beginners often focus on tuning and maintenance before we move into electric technique. It is vital to learn these steps correctly from the start. I observe how my students navigate these challenges to ensure they feel supported.
We work through sheet music together to ensure your theory matches your playing. You will find that your favorite songs become accessible as your dexterity improves. Your music will soon reach the clarity you are aiming for."

"Holding a Diploma of Music from JMC Academy, I find that my formal training often creates a bridge to the raw spirit of Latin music. Truthfully, I sometimes struggle to explain why music feels so different when played in its original language. I have spent 6 years teaching guitar to teens and absolute beginners who are just starting their journey. Many of my students are returning learners who want to reconnect with their instrument after a long break.
My own background in Santiago keeps my technique rooted in tradition. I find it rewarding to help others navigate the complexities of rhythm guitar and electric technique. Reading sheet music and ear training are areas where I spend much of my time as an instructor. Maintenance and tuning are also frequent topics during our sessions together."
