About Ethan
I know math can get frustrating, especially when it feels like everyone else understands it and you don’t. As a junior engineering student at Texas A&M, I’ve worked through everything from Algebra to Calculus, so I know what it’s like to get stuck on a topic and not know where to start.
My goal is to make math less stressful and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I like breaking problems down step-by-step and helping students understand why they’re doing something instead of just memorizing formulas. Seeing things finally click for someone is honestly my favorite part of tutoring.

I come prepared with notes, example problems, and practice questions, but I also work around whatever you need help with that day. Whether it’s homework, test review, or just one topic that’s confusing, we’ll go through it together at your pace.
I mainly tutor high school math and related subjects through Calculus 1. I offer both online sessions and in-person lessons around the Frisco area with at least a day’s notice.
First lesson is free, so you can see if it’s a good fit with no pressure.
