About Peter

I am a 62-year-old British citizen of Caribbean heritage. I have lived and travelled in Asia, Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean. My students enjoy the rich cultural diversity that I bring to the classes and my experiences. In my classes, you will immediately start to feel confident in your abilities. My students will learn about English and British culture and history, and some even tell me jokes. I am encouraging and know the right pace to move them along. This will not be an old boring classroom.

About the lesson

The majority of my students are Spanish-speaking professionals living in Spain, Colombia and Uruguay. My classes are usually for 45 minutes - 1 hour. I focus on conversation skills. During my classes, the students can sing or tell me jokes, and I always share cultural information from my experiences.
