About Jene
I am a TEFL student who studied LLB Law at the University of Johannesburg in 2012. I am busy writing a book about my experiences as a student who was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. I have tutored 5 students in the last year, helping with pronunciation, grammar and exam preparations. All have improved their English skills.

Firstly I believe that each tutor should get to know their students and identify their needs and their abilities in the English Language. I base my classes on the CLT approach (Communicative Language Teaching) which combines a number of techniques. The CLT approach teaches students how to use language in real life situations which guides the students to communicate competently.
All my lessons are planned and worked out according to my students' needs and abilities.
