About Laura
I am passionate about sharing language with others and inspiring others to be confident when learning a new language. As a foreign language learner myself, I understand that it can be intimidating to try speaking in a language other than your native one. In my classes, I offer my students a space to freely practice the English language without fear of judgment, and encourage them to keep trying and trust in their own ability. I work as a team with my students to build knowledge and progress in their learning journey.

I use tailored material to adapt to your language learning goals and help you achieve them quickly and effectively in a fun, engaging way that suits you. Lessons typically last about 1 hour per class. I have three certificates in Teaching English as a Foreign Language; 120-hour Premier TEFL course from The TEFL Org, and Expert in Advanced Methodologies for English Teachers and Expert in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from UIC Barcelona, which both came with two school years of teaching experience in Spain. My lessons are for all ages, from young children to adults, and for all levels, from beginner to advanced. I also offer lessons that focus solely on Cambridge exam preparation in all areas up until B2, and speaking for C1/C2. Looking forward to seeing you in class soon!
