I believe in a student-centred approach to learning. My students are active participants in their own learning journeys. I play the role of a learning facilitator. It is important that I get to know my students and reach a mutually derived understanding of how the space will be managed.
A typical lesson includes a conversation to build rapport and understand students' areas of concern. I use context-relevant examples and explanations. Mistakes are welcome. We are all here to learn.
