About Meagan
I am 22 years old from South Africa, I have a TEFL qualification and a yearlong experience teaching English online to children from Turkey and China. I'll admit, I myself, was scared to start teaching but after my first lesson, everything got easier and better. As a fairly new teacher , I like to encourage students to try, that's the first step. I also like the students to know that we are in this together , teaching and learning go hand in hand and I'm learning just as much from them as they are from me. Lessons don't have to be boring , so adding a bit of enthusiasm is my goal.

English is an amazing language to learn but it takes time effort and perseverance to achieve. As a teacher I'm here to guide you every step of the way and in my class I aim to ensure all students feel seen , heard and comfortable whilst making it as fun as possible. I also like to work at the students pace so that I create a relaxed and welcoming environment to ensure success.
