About James
I am originally from Ireland and currently live in Australia. I have a strong interest in communication, language learning, and supporting others to grow in confidence. Alongside teaching, I work in health and community services, which has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain ideas clearly. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, photography, cooking, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy bringing real-life topics into lessons to make learning feel natural and relevant.

Lessons with me are relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping you speak English with confidence. Each lesson is tailored to your level, goals, and interests. We will focus on real-life English that you can use in everyday conversations, at work, or while traveling. You will have plenty of opportunities to speak, practice pronunciation, and build fluency at your own pace. I explain grammar in a simple and clear way and help you understand how to use English naturally rather than memorizing rules. Mistakes are always welcome, as they are an important part of learning. If you are nervous about speaking English, do not worry. I create a calm and friendly space where you can feel comfortable and supported from the very first lesson. My goal is to help you feel more confident, comfortable, and natural when speaking English in real life.
