About Margaret
After over 30 years working in the Civil Service, I have extensive experience of working with people, explaining information clearly and keeping up with changes in technology. I now want to use that experience to help older people feel more comfortable, confident and independent with today’s technology.

Feeling left behind by technology? I can help you catch up — calmly, patiently and without the jargon.
Technology doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you want to keep in touch with family, join a video call, explore social media or discover what AI can do, I’ll show you how to do it step by step, at your own pace.
What I can help you learn
* **WhatsApp** – messages, photos, videos, voice and video calls, and group chats
* **Zoom** – joining meetings, setting up your own meetings and hosting social club or community meetings
* **ChatGPT and AI** – understanding what AI is and how you can use it in everyday life
* **Facebook** – keeping in touch with family and friends, sharing photos and joining groups
* **Instagram** – following family, friends and interests and sharing photos
* **TikTok** – understanding how it works and discovering content you enjoy
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, so you can learn from the comfort of your own home.
