About Omar
I am 22 years old, I am very passionate about sports and physical training. I have trained several sports disciplines such as Rugby, Boxing, Field Tennis, Table Tennis, Padel, Baseball, Softball and Calisthenics. My desire to be a physical trainer arises after carrying out my final study project in a chain of gyms called Bodytech where I developed trainer functions for a period of 6 months. I am currently dedicated to giving physical preparation sessions and I have also been a tennis and paddle tennis coach for more than 7 years.

I like to keep them motivated and disciplined while advising them on nutrition issues and habits that they can implement in their day to day so that everything flows in the best way and they get good results as soon as possible.
