About Raiane
I am a high school student and I have always tried to improve my study techniques, as I was almost always happy to have a new schedule, but over time I got discouraged and finally I became very unmotivated. Today I know how to create a perfect schedule and I'd like to help others who feel the same way I did and help them achieve a bright future, just as I aspire;)

My techniques are very flexible and are based only on the student's condition, so it is not the same for everyone. It is not a script, but a module that seeks above all to improve autonomy and responsibility, also self-confidence of course;). Several times I heard that to learn better, I needed to take a good part of my time to study and accept that the weekend is not good for relaxing. The idea of studying a lot and sleeping just a few is totally wrong, since the lack of rest inhibits a greater concentration and produces stress hormones. Studying 4 hours a week can be more rewarding than 7 hours a day. Finally, I come to say that I seek to make your life easier and it will be a pleasure to be able to help you ;D
