About Richard
"Teaching exists because clear communication matters in complex coding interviews. I have spent 13 years refining my approach to technical problem solving. My own career spans 10 years as a full-stack developer after completing a BS in Software Engineering and Hack Reactor.
Most of my students are career-switchers or self-taught learners. They often struggle to fill gaps in data structures, JavaScript, clean code practices, object-oriented programming, version control, Python, APIs, backend basics, competitive programming, algorithms, and HTML or CSS. Success happens when you master these core concepts."
