About Shawn
Hey! I'm Shawn a current undergraduate studying Engineering at Imperial College London! I took the IB in 2022 and did pretty well scoring an overall mark of 44/45! Hoping to teach my students some tips and tricks to achieve their goals in the IB. Due to my university degree background, I only tutor IB Physics Hl or SL students.
I am a strong believer of focusing on understanding and learning, not just the exam!

1. Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
My tutoring approach is student-centered and adaptable to individual learning styles and needs. I strive to create an interactive and engaging learning environment. I use a combination of explanations, examples, practice exercises, and discussions to help students grasp and apply concepts. I emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding foundational principles rather than rote memorization.

The length of a lesson can vary based on the student's preferences and attention span. Generally, lessons can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Shorter sessions are suitable for quick concept reviews or focused problem-solving, while longer sessions allow for in-depth discussions and more comprehensive coverage of topics.

IB 7 in all Maths AA, Chemistry HL & Physics HL. (2022)
Imperial Undergraduate Meng.
Tutoring for over a year privately.
