About Prabhakar
My name is P.N.Rao. I am 65 years old now. During my service, I was in Marketing as a Regional Sales Manager where I had to do a lot of interactions with customers. This helped me to develop my communication skills. I studied in a convent school in Bombay and it helped me to understand grammar well and speak sentences with appropriate grammar. I love teaching and so after retirement, to put my time to good use, I started tutoring students. In the Basic level, I teach grammar and vocabulary. In the Intermediate level, I teach interview skills, communication skills, and higher vocabulary. In the Advanced level, I teach soft skills like management skills, leadership skills, assertiveness skills, confidence-building skills, etc. etc.

I do only one-on-one coaching. Firstly, I do an assessment test which tells me about the student's strong and weak areas. I share my feedback with my students and tell them how much time they would require to meet their expectations and also about how I intend to make them develop confidence in themselves to speak in English. I make sure that the progress is consistent and gradual and once they learn it they won't forget it again. My students thus far are all happy with this type of coaching style and I feel happy too to see my students progress well and write great reviews for me.
