I also use visual aids extensively—like graphing software (e.g., Desmos) to demonstrate transformations—and encourage students to articulate their reasoning verbally.A Typical Lesson PlanA typical 60-minute lesson for Grade 11 Functions (e.g., inverse functions) would look like this:Warm-up (5 min): Review of prerequisites (e.g., domain and range, one-to-one property).Introduction/Concept (15 min): Explicit instruction on the definition of an inverse function and its geometric property (reflection over the line y axis, using visual graphs.
