About Elham
My name is Elham,
Im a GCSE tutor and have the techniques fresh in my mind that I used to go from level 3s and 4s in year 10 to level 9s in my final grades for my STEM subjects. I guarantee that at least some of my guidance will have an impact on your learning if you take me seriously.
Aside from that a bit about myself:
I have a few hobbies mainly - video games, martial arts, gym, guitar. Pretty enthusiastic about technology and its advancements.
I always try to be kind, humble, respectful and strive to be the beet at whatever I do.

In any approach I take to teaching, I make sure the student is engaged at all times, having them interact with me to ensure solidarity with the knowledge I teach them. Typically, I will teach subject content from a whiteboard using a classic textbook on hand as guidance, I make sure the student understands concepts well enough by asking them to interlink them with other topic areas. At GCSE level I believe the best way to teach is by active recall and being able to retrieve key definitions and concepts ready to master exam technique. For exam technique, practice makes perfect. By this I will ask the student to go through series of exam questions either as practice or after relevant teaching, instating taught lessons and exam technique. Although my approach may differ depending on the student. Each student is unique and different teaching styles may suit others more.
