I have been teaching since 1988, and I love teaching so much. Sharing knowledge is the key to a better world.
Being able to "see" someone go from not knowing/understanding a concept to "getting it" is the most heartwarming experience.

My teaching method is, "I do, we do, you do." By use of this strategy, it gives students the opportunity to feel comfortable when it is time for them to strike out on their own and complete a task.
I always find this strategy to be fool-proof.
