About Kayden
I am a Liberal Studies student at Reedley College with a strong passion for education and helping students succeed. I currently work as a Restorative Tutor and have experience as a Teaching Fellow, where I support students academically and socially in a positive learning environment. I have also spent several years coaching youth sports, which has strengthened my communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. I am patient, energetic, and committed to helping each student build confidence, develop strong study habits, and reach their goals. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to each student's individual needs while creating a space where they feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.

I am a Liberal Studies student at Reedley College pursuing a career in education and currently work as a Restorative Tutor and Teaching Fellow. My lessons are designed to be engaging, patient, and personalized to each student's learning style and goals. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, so I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous concepts, introducing new material in an easy-to-understand way, practicing together, and ending with independent activities to build confidence. I enjoy helping elementary and middle school students strengthen their math, reading, homework, and study skills. My experience as a youth sports coach and tutor has taught me how to motivate students, keep them engaged, and make learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
