About Mkhatshwat
My name is Thembi Mkhatshwa. I am a BA Social Work degree holder from Northwest University, Mafikeng Campus. I obtained my degree in 2016. I am a professional counselor and life coach who is passionate about teaching students to ensure that they improve their academic performance and are able to balance social and academic life. I love interacting with students to boost their self-esteem and confidence. This includes tutoring and homework supervision.

As a private teacher, I make use of a client-centered approach to provide teaching lessons according to the individual needs and strengths. I mainly interact with the students to identify the areas where there is a need for improvement and offer the best tutoring to them. My expectations are to work with children from the primary level, particularly those with difficulties in memorizing or special needs. I am also proficient in teaching students in a social context as it influences their academic performance.
