I am a highly experienced health & fitness professional with over 17 years in the industry. I employ a host of different approaches to my teachings, including corrective exercise for postural management or exercise rehabilitation, athlete development training for those looking to gain a competitive edge and optimise their movement and performance, and general health, wellness and fitness strategies. I have a passion for all things human performance, helping clients to create positive change in their lives whether mind or body and promote a "move well, move strong and move free" approach to my teachings. Highly experienced health & fitness professional who has taught clients from all over the globe from the ages of 8 - 80 years of age. I teach a holistic approach to health, wellness and fitness and aim to make sessions enjoyable, educational and challenging. Using methods and applications that are research and evidence based, safe but extremely varied in order to facilitate positive change whatever your health, wellness or fitness goal. I am registered as an "Exercise Referral Practitioner" with the Chartered Institute of the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and a registered Sports & Soft Tissue Therapist with the Sports Massage Association.
