I'm presently on my way studying in the field of biology. I'm teaching since I passed class 12 and students can easily connect and be frank with me, increasing the confidence level in the subject with reliability. First by a quick interaction on the subject, I try to identify the student's strong points rather than their weak. Each student first gains confidence discussing their strong points and later slowly moving to their weak with high level of strength, confidence and motivation. I sometimes let students choose chapters so that no boredom can prevail at all. No doubt is silly I believe, instead every doubt in the topic is the way to success. Any student above or below class 10 can approach me freely. Thank you
