About Daniel
I started learning Vietnamese slowly around 10 years ago, but picked up the pace of my learning around 5 years ago. I have been an MC in Vietnam and often present shows in Vietnamese, covering food and travel programmes. I've lived in Vietnam for around 5 years and have previously taught English there. In the more touristy spots in Hanoi, the locals are very surprised by my level of Vietnamese, especially my pronunciation. I'm easy-going, but can be a little strict if my student isn't taking the learning seriously. Otherwise very sympathetic and will teach my student(s) to their pace.

I'll teach you the same way I learnt Vietnamese. From beginner to intermediate level, you'll learn to how construct simple sentences to having a basic conversation. You'll also learn how to address people (the difference in pronouns); cover various topics as well as some of the nuances that come with it.
I've some experience teaching westerners in Vietnam, helping primarily with vocabulary and pronunciation.
Once you have completed one syllabus, we can move onto the next. Alternatively if you wish to have more flexible lessons, learning while conversing, that is also ok.
Lessons will typically cover one hour.
Able to teach ages 12+ (with some exceptions depending on the circumstance).
