About Dylan
Dylan Mascis. Filmmaker turned calisthenics & movement coach. I started my own personal journey at the beginning of lockdown where much like everyone, we had to make do with not a whole lot. This sparked my love for bodyweight movement and seeing just how far we can push the human body and to explore our amazing capabilities. 4 years later and I’m teaching my passion across many gyms, hosting workshops and competing across national divisions. I thrive to teach such an accessible way of training to the masses and have great gratitude in being able to do so

My lessons are 1 hour long and cover the absolute basics of understanding how the body moves holistically through mind-muscle connection and how to progressively overload without using a single piece of weight. My lessons can be performed just about anywhere, even that space on your living room floor will be more than enough (I would know as I spent 2 years honing my craft exactly there in my living room). Expect to understand your body better, to be able to move pain-free, all whilst building serious strength at the same time. I look forward to training with you.

He is also flexible enough to fit around my busy schedule which has been very appreciated at times when I’ve had to reschedule. Dylan provides detailed instructions which means the workouts are easy to follow with a big focus on form and technique. My relationship with food has also completely transformed for the better since working with Dylan. I am somehow eating more than before and feeling satiated whilst still losing fat and gaining muscle. I have learned a lot from Dylan in a short space of time and have already feel so much fitter and stronger! Not only is Dylan very knowledgable, but he is also a great person to be around, is lots of fun, and will make sure you have lots of laughs along the way!
