I am a medical doctor with more than 12 years experience teaching in medical school. I was also an emergency physician for 4 yrs and been teaching in College of Nursing as well. I am also a registered nurse both in the US and Canada.

The first session will be to know the learning outcomes needed to be achieved by the students. Sessions will be based on these outcomes and make sure if the student has achieved it or not. Formative feedback will be provided so students are aware on areas to improve. Those areas will be revisited for further understanding and improvement of the student in that field.
