About Phumza
I love working with people and wish to make a positive influence on people's lives. I enjoy the freedom and creativity that education provides. Working as a teacher and beimg able to see the visible progress in students abilities makes me to go home with a smile in my face and a real sense of pride.

I use debates to get students involved and making sure that they are following what we are doing. As teacher you have to give a number of examples both from past & present to simplify a point if you feel they may not easily understand. Give examples where some techniques have failed - the reasons thereof & those where they have succeeded & why. In this way the students will get the your attention. Though such an action may ask for greater input, but it's really worth it.
Also, daily give a slightly intricate problem to the students to be worked out so that the ones that have better understanding may take a lead and accelerate others in the subject.
