About Zara
I’m a sixth former who adores maths and has always found some solace in the subject even though others find it stressful. I wish to achieve a role in the design sector so maths is a large element and requires my attention. I want to help other students feel at ease when they sit their exams during 2023 and so on. I want students to understand the methodology behind answers and learn easier ways of solving a problem.

Duration of the lesson can vary from: 1hr-2hr, depending on the exam-board (for GCSE’s) and curriculum (for both GCSE and primary school). However if the student is in primary or secondary school but needs extra help, time can be added on and vice versa. Content will be taught and thoroughly explained to each student depending on their personal way of learning/understanding. I will explain and guide students through the working out. If there are any questions during the lesson, I will prioritise the student and answer considerably so that they may understand. I find it important to understand how your student works in order to establish a healthy relationship so that it may impact the child positively. Homework will be allocated according to the child’s weaker areas in maths however regardless, work will be given to practise at home.
