About Gerald

I am an expert at seeing a student and quickly ascertaining their needs and understanding of a subject. I have taken many upper-division university courses in teaching theory and I feel like I know what I’m doing.

Anyway, I moved into the tech sector after school writing software for the government, but I still love teaching! I guess it’s just in my genes.

About the lesson

I’ve been tutoring solidly for 18 years and taught at the University of Montana for 5 years.

You know those course reviews they have you fill out at the end the of the semester? Well they use them, and after all the scores were counted I won a $500 cash prize for being the best teacher in the college!

I can break down hard, complex topic into small relatable pieces that you’ll understand.

I’m a professional software developer now for the government, but I just miss teaching soooo much that I’ve come here with the hope to help people through walking them through hard concepts until they themselves are experts.
