About Chidimma

I am Chidimma, graduate of management studies,buti am here because I love skipping and wish to encourage my fellow mothers to join my class for skipping.
I believe that no one is exempted from skipping but I concentrate more on mothers

About the lesson

Skipping is meant for everyone that loves to keep fit but I concentrate more on postnatal mums that wish to join me and they will get motivated to skip for atleast 1hr everyday. I will be glad to welcome
