I begin my lecture with a question that is relatable to students and sparks a little curiosity to attract their attention. Then I go on unraveling topics and concepts according to the students needs. Regular comprehensive assessment is part of my teaching method and I encourage my students to ask questions nomatter how lame. I NEVER DISCOURAGED WEAK PUPILS OR TREAT SPECIALY THE GOOD ONES.
