I recently moved back to the U.S. after teaching overseas for 19 years. I have taught on Guam, in the UAE and in China. I have a valid teaching license. I appreciate my students' intellect and enjoy encouraging and supporting their desire to learn.

My experience is in teaching students in PreK through Grade 5. A typical lesson for younger students might include using a story mountain graphic to help students learn the components of a story. I don't like worksheets. What sets me apart is that I support my students as they learn, and find engaging ways for them to connect with the subject.
