About Nic
I am a teacher who loves solving problems in everyday life, and I like to help people solve math puzzles and problems too.
My interests and hobbies when not teaching are watching/playing sport, playing and creating music along with other arts. I also like to go cycling, swimming, and baking with my two children.

I like to teach maths in a way that works for you. If we can connect over a shared interest, whether it be sport, movies, games, or something else, I can use my skills to adapt the maths learning to a context that you understand. It might even spark some new appreciation and enjoyment in the subject!
I usually like to tutor for an hour, but can be flexible with timing.
I have been tutoring and helping students with maths and other subjects since I was at university, and I have over a decade worth of experience in teaching to full classrooms at secondary schools in the Bay of Plenty region.
