My name is Bethany and I have been a teacher for seven years. I graduated from UNCA with a double major in history and education. I have worked with middle and high school students. I love working with students and helping them grow in their academics and confidence.

As a teacher, I recognize the need to individualize student learning. Some students learn best by seeing and others by doing, so my goal is to meet each student where they are and then support them in a way that works for them. By individualizing my lessons, I am able to reach more students. As a teacher, I build my lessons to challenge students. I incorporate google and power point when teaching.
