About Matt
My name is Matt, I've taught for 7 years. I'm fun but always bring it back to the key focus of the lesson. I've taught in a wide variety of settings including high schools and primary schools. I've seen my students go from the bottom of the class to the top of the class in their HSC English class. I will give you the skills and, more importantly, the confidence that you can learn, that you can do whatever you put your mind to doing.

I take time to listen to and assess my students' needs. The first lesson is simply getting to know the student, their likes and dislikes and what teaching methodologies work for them. I use various techniques suited to each student's learning style and always give the student something to work on at home to help them improve.
I have tutored students in HSC English for a couple of years and have a little experience tutoring music and history. My lesson lengths are a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes. I can teach any student from Year 7 to Year 12.
