About Tim
I got my Master's in gifted education to learn how to bring out the best in all students. I believe all kids have strengths in some areas and areas to grow in others. All people struggle from time to time. Students do best when engaged, respected, and treated like people. I have found this true when working from kindergarten to adult.

I have been working with all types of students ranging from highly gifted to students with learning delays. I believe being approachable and engaging is the most important factor to getting a student to learn. I have worked with every elementary grade level.
