About Kayleigh
I bring five years of experience teaching in a Regional Day School Program for the Deaf, and I’m fluent in both English and American Sign Language. I’m especially passionate about working with students with disabilities, and I strive to meet each learner where they are while helping them grow at their own pace.

As a tutor, I believe every child can learn when given the right support, encouragement, and tools. My approach is grounded in positive reinforcement and creating a safe, engaging environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes. I offer flexible session lengths—20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes—tailored to each student's attention span and learning needs. My lessons are designed for students in kindergarten through 5th grade, with a focus on ELAR, math, science, and social studies. All of which can be taught in both ASL and English.
